Hey there I'm Konnie!!  The most important thing you need to know about me is, I am straight forward, what you see is what you get.    In the end, integrity and loyalty are everything!!

   I know....."Okay Kon...that's pretty deep"    Well when you think that, for most of us, buying house or selling a house is one of the largest financial transactions we will make....doesn't it make sense to have someone who you know is sincere about looking out for your best interest??  At least that's how I felt when I was selling my house (before I became an agent)

       In this day and age, with real estate "Teams" or "Groups" that deal with clients, the personal touch gets lost.  Me...when you call, you don't get my assistant, you get me!    You know I've read a lot of agent bios...and it really is hard to convey, to a complete stranger...who is reading this, what a great agent you are.  My philosophy is pretty simple.  I focus on the fundamentals of Real Estate.  For my sellers that means telling them what they need to hear, not what they want to hear.  For my buyers, it means keeping them focused on their goals and within their budget.

  I work very hard for all my clients....I absolutely love what I do! I look at it this way....how do I expect to be treated?   ...and that's how I run my business.  (I know corny again.. maybe....but it's the truth.)   One of the most important aspects, of being an agent, is never forgetting that I am also a  consumer.  Customer service is extremely important to me.  I strive to provide the most professional, ethical, sincere and informed real estate services that I possibly can.  

   So....what about me.....well, I was born and raised in the Washington Area, went to college in Florida, received a degree in Interior Design, I was a Professional Cheerleader for the Washington Bullets, then for the Washington Redskins.   Did a lot in between, Then, it happened,   I stumbled into the Real Estate Business in 2003, while in the process of buying and selling my own home is when the bug hit, I realized that real estate was what I was meant to do...so I became an agent.  I  currently live in the Northern Virginia area with my husband and four children, a dog and a couple of  lizards and couldn't be happier!!
